Choose the PrepPort path for your first job.

Start with inspection, FBA prep, Shopify or DTC drop shipping, product sourcing, warehouse storage, or quote review without turning setup into repeated email and WhatsApp instructions.

Six customer start paths

Use these routes as the customer-facing version of the activation plan. They keep the experience close to an integrated fulfillment dashboard: clear entry point, required files, current status, and next action.

Customer API

Product inspection and QC evidence

Ready now

Use PrepPort before inventory is paid, released, prepared, or handed to a forwarder. Keep customer-safe photos, report links, defect notes, and hold/release recommendations in one record.

  • Prepare SKU, supplier site, sample size, inspection standard, photo checklist, defect tolerance, and release owner.
  • Use QC inspections when the main job is verification, rework, supplier claim support, or evidence before shipment.

Amazon FBA prep and handoff

Ready now

Turn supplier deliveries into FBA-ready cartons with labels, packaging rules, carton records, and forwarder handoff details before inventory moves overseas.

  • Prepare ASN, SKU master, FNSKU or label rule, Amazon shipment plan, carton count, weight, dimensions, and prep requirements.
  • Use inbound to warehouse for receiving, then QC, prep, and outbound handoff records.

Shopify / DTC drop shipping

CSV/API now, native app pending

Keep paid and unfulfilled orders, SKU matching, pick and pack status, tracking, and exceptions in the portal. Native Shopify sync waits for Shopify Partner app credentials, but CSV intake and Customer API fallback are already the working path.

  • Prepare store URL, order export, SKUs, destination data, packaging rule, insert rule, ship-by date, and tracking preference.
  • Use Shopify sync for connection status and order cockpit, or CSV intake for immediate work.

Product sourcing, supplier quote, and procurement

Ready for RFQ

Submit product links, specs, target quantity, target price, sample needs, packaging requirements, and procurement plan. PrepPort can organize supplier-side quotes and comparison notes before any purchase decision.

  • Prepare product brief, photos or competitor link, target MOQ, destination, required certification, packaging, and target landed cost.
  • Supplier purchase and fund movement stay behind payment and approval gates.

Warehouse, storage, inventory, and multichannel fulfillment

Ready now

Use inventory, inbound, outbound, marketplace CSV templates, and Customer API to run Amazon FBA, Shopify, TikTok Shop, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, wholesale, or sample dispatch.

  • Prepare SKU master, reorder point, channel mapping, safety stock, carton rules, and preferred shipping service.
  • Use CSV intake when a native marketplace connector is not available yet.

Quotes, deposits, wallet, and referral rewards

Review only until finance approval

Use quotes and wallet records to organize estimates, deposits, top-ups, invoice evidence, and referral credits. Payment evidence is review only and does not automatically confirm settlement, release goods, or start procurement.

  • Prepare quote reference, approved scope, invoice number, deposit evidence, customer note, and finance owner.
  • Referral rewards are reviewed after the referred overseas seller qualifies and pays an eligible invoice.

Ready now

Customer accounts, Control Tower, action center, onboarding, ops files, QC, inbound, drop shipping, sourcing RFQ, quotes, invoice evidence review, wallet review, referrals, CSV intake, Customer API, and customer-safe status tracking.

External unlocks still needed

Live native Shopify sync needs Shopify Partner app credentials. Paid operations and release workflows need payment business account, legal/policy review, and finance approval. Analytics still needs Search Console and GA4 owner setup.

Customer-facing operating rule

PrepPort can prepare the workflow, collect customer files, create operational records, draft customer-safe status, and route the next action. No automatic payment instruction, supplier purchase, goods release, refund, or legal commitment is made from customer-submitted evidence alone.
