Can I start with a small shipment?
Yes. Send the product details and approximate quantity for a quote. Minimum work charges and product suitability are confirmed before you send inventory.
Do I have to move everything to PrepPort?
No. Start with inspection, a sourcing request or a single batch. Add storage, prep or fulfillment when it fits your workflow.
When do I pay?
Standard inbound receiving needs no advance service payment. Approved service charges are settled before outbound dispatch. Product purchases, samples, freight and third-party costs may require advance funding.
Can I use it with my selling platform?
Amazon FBA, Shopify, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, TikTok Shop and other channels can use portal requests or order-file imports. API access is available; each native store connection depends on the channel and setup. We confirm the working connection before relying on automatic sync.
