Do not ship or send these goods to PrepPort unless PrepPort has accepted them in writing.
These categories may require documents, owner approval, carrier review, or destination-market checks.
Batteries, liquids, powders, magnets, chemicals, cosmetics, food, supplements, ingestibles, children's products, medical devices, adult products, electronics with compliance marks, high-value branded goods, and products with destination-specific rules.
Accurate product name, composition, photos, supplier, target destination, sales channel, compliance documents, safety data, brand authorization, carrier restrictions, and customer risk acceptance where permitted.
Receipt at a PrepPort facility does not mean goods are accepted for prep, storage, sourcing, procurement, release, shipment, marketplace handoff, or customer dispatch.
These controls protect PrepPort, warehouse staff, carriers, suppliers, marketplaces, and customers.
PrepPort may open cartons, photograph goods, scan labels, record counts, request documents, and quarantine goods for risk review.
PrepPort may refuse, pause, hold, return, dispose of, or transfer goods where permitted if risk, payment, documentation, or authorization issues are not resolved.
Customer is responsible for storage, return, disposal, carrier, inspection, rework, legal, compliance, and third-party costs caused by prohibited or high-risk goods.
