Product sourcing & purchasing

Service details

Turn a product reference into comparable supplier quotes, samples and an approved purchasing plan.

Sourcing and procurement fees are quoted by project. Product costs, samples and third-party costs are separate; purchases require approved funding.

Product quality inspection

Service details

Check an agreed sample before supplier release, FBA prep or customer-order fulfillment, with photos and findings to review.

Warehouse inspection starts at USD 69 for up to 20 standard sample checks; additional standard checks from USD 0.30 each. Site visits and specialist checks need a separate quote.

Receiving & inventory storage

Service details

Receive supplier stock, review warehouse-confirmed inventory and choose when to prepare or send it onward.

Each actual receiving batch gets 90 calendar days free, then USD 0.40 per CBM per day, based on verified stored-unit volume. No monthly storage minimum or peak-season surcharge.

Start an inbound shipment

Packaging, labels & printed inserts

Service details

Add the product protection, brand presentation or printed information your shipment needs, without supplying your own materials.

Extras are quoted before work. A6 black-and-white cards reference USD 0.25 per card; A5 black-and-white instructions reference USD 0.20 per printed page, including standard paper, printing and insertion.

Plan a shipment with extras

Your inventory. Your next move.

  1. Create a free workspace

Choose your first service and register. Add only the details needed for that job.

  2. Send stock or request a product check

An inbound shipment is expected stock until the warehouse confirms receipt. Inspection requests include the checks you want and the supplier or batch reference.

  3. Create orders and review updates

Use warehouse-confirmed inventory to create a shipment with products and destination details. Review quotes, inspection evidence and shipment updates in your workspace.

For store connections, start with Shopify integration requirements or the customer API. Each connection needs authorization, SKU mapping and testing; not every marketplace has a ready native connection.

Start with one task. Add more when needed.

Can I start with just one service?

Yes. Start with a product enquiry, one inspection, a supplier batch or a customer order. You do not have to move your entire operation or use every service.

Can I add another service after registration?

Yes. Registration chooses your first task, not an exclusive service plan. You can request sourcing, inspection, FBA prep, storage, fulfillment and packing extras as your needs change.

Where does PrepPort do the work?

PrepPort handles the supplier-side and China warehouse stage for overseas ecommerce businesses. We do not advertise destination-country warehouses or domestic two-day delivery. Carrier acceptance and delivery times are confirmed for the destination.

Do I need to pay before sending goods to the warehouse?

Standard receiving does not require upfront service payment. Product purchases and third-party costs may need advance funding; approved service and shipping charges are settled before outbound dispatch.

Start small. Keep it simple.

One product, one inspection or one order is enough to begin.
