Examples assume unchanged verified volume for 30 chargeable days. Calendar months and changing stock quantities produce different totals. Taxes, if applicable, are separately identified.
Your goods remain stored. After day 90, daily storage is calculated only on stock still physically held. Approved better terms are preserved.
Request delivery to a buyer, your supplier, another warehouse or an accepted destination. Use the normal shipment workflow; carrier eligibility, address, stock and fees are checked before dispatch.
Standard picking, quantity checks and basic packing are included in the applicable Yanwen parcel price. Other routes and special packaging need an agreed quote.
Ordinary non-regulated goods: USD 0.20 per unit, minimum USD 2 per request. The warehouse confirms eligibility before payment and physical disposal.
You may cancel before disposal is recorded. Actual destruction is irreversible and requires independent staff verification and evidence. Special waste, batteries, chemicals and regulated items require separate review and pricing.
To arrange a move or disposal, contact us through your customer workspace support request. We confirm the exact SKU quantities, destination or disposal method, and price before execution.
The 90-calendar-day free period starts from the actual warehouse receiving date for each batch. Creating a new request or moving already stored stock does not reset its receiving age.
Storage is USD 0.40 per CBM per paid day, based on verified volume still physically stored. One CBM for 30 paid days is USD 12. There is no monthly storage minimum or peak-season surcharge.

Register an inbound shipment so staff can match parcels to your customer reference and SKU list; expected inventory is not received inventory. Sending goods to the warehouse does not itself require payment, but paid services and onward dispatch follow approved scope and payment requirements. Each actual receiving batch gets 90 calendar days free storage, then USD 0.40 per CBM per day using verified stored-unit volume, with no monthly storage minimum or peak-season surcharge.
You can request stock removal to a nominated eligible destination or ask for disposal of eligible ordinary goods. Identify the exact SKUs and quantities, review the quote and give explicit approval before staff execute the request. Standard disposal reference pricing is USD 0.20 per unit with a USD 2 minimum; restricted, hazardous or special-handling items need separate review. A disposal request is not proof that goods were destroyed. Removal, storage and freight costs remain distinct, and batch age is not reset by relabeling or repacking.
