Can you source a product I have not bought before?
Yes. Start with a product reference and approximate quantity. Specifications, supplier options, MOQ, samples, lead times and service fees are confirmed as the request develops.
Do I need a supplier before contacting PrepPort?
No. You can request supplier sourcing or ask us to compare options you already have. A supplier quote is not a purchase commitment.
Are sourcing and product purchases free?
No. The initial enquiry and customer account are free. Sourcing fees are quoted for the project, and product purchases, samples and third-party costs require separately approved funding.
Can I add inspection and fulfillment after sourcing?
Yes. You can add a product inspection, FBA preparation, storage or customer-order shipment when you need it. Your first service choice does not lock the account to one service.
Who can find suppliers and compare quotes for my first product?
