Standard Yanwen picking, quantity checks, packing and ordinary materials stay included. Optional upgrades require a confirmed quote before work.
PrepPort supplies the ordinary individual inner bag. The warehouse confirms a suitable fit for your product, so you do not need to purchase or select bag sizes.
Quote per product, including the standard bag and fitting. Special fabrics, printed bags or unusual specifications need a separate request and quote. Standard outer shipping packaging remains included.
Product SKU, brand or barcode labels, applied to selected products with an agreed placement.
Quote per label. The standard carrier shipping label is not an extra charge.
PrepPort supplies the paper, prints your gift message, thank-you card or approved design and inserts it into the parcel. New requests do not use customer-delivered cards.
A6 black-and-white: reference US$0.25/card. A6 color: from US$0.50/card for a same-design print batch of at least 100. Ordinary paper or standard cardstock, standard single-sided printing and insertion are included. Smaller or variable-design color runs require a quote.
Provide your text or file reference; PrepPort supplies ordinary paper, prints the approved instructions and inserts the unbound sheets. New requests do not use customer-supplied leaflets or manuals.

Reference total = printed pages per copy × copies per parcel × the selected page rate. For example, 3 A5 black-and-white pages × 2 copies = US$1.20 per parcel. Actual file pages and the final quote must be confirmed before printing.
Provide your design and requirements; PrepPort arranges custom production and supply. Customer-purchased boxes or mailers must not be sent to the warehouse for new requests.
Production and packaging use are confirmed in the quote. Review size, material, unit price, batch quantity, MOQ, any setup cost, lead time and design proof before approving production and agreed funding. Requested quantities are not proof of received stock.
Ordinary outer packaging remains included in the Yanwen rate. Custom manufacture is separate; the standard packing fee is not charged again.
Requested packing evidence before sealing. This is not a product quality inspection or a guarantee of condition after delivery.

Reusable extra-service preferences keep agreed specifications together for the next shipment, without changing previous orders. Per-order messages and new production batches are excluded by default. Each draft still needs current content, material, proof, authorization and price checks.
For previously produced PrepPort cards or packaging, reference the existing production or quote. Ownership, available material and previously funded scope must be confirmed before use; a reference is not stock or payment proof, and the printing guide is not automatically charged again.
Paper, standard printing and insertion are one included scope. The former customer-supplied insert-only service is not offered for new requests, and no extra US$0.05 insertion fee is added to these print rates. Special paper, two-sided printing, folding, binding, design work and unusual layouts need a separate quote.
These are published standard reference prices, not verified operating costs or an automatically approved invoice. Confirm material availability, printing capability, the sample proof, actual page count, customer authorization and the final agreed price before work or charging.
These selections are requests, not automatic charges or confirmed warehouse work. The quote separates material cost, printing and extra labor, including any setup fee or minimum quantity. Missing custom materials are not silently substituted.
Labels, brand designs and printed content require customer authorization and staff review. Use only content you are entitled to provide. Materials may change packed weight, dimensions or carrier eligibility; the warehouse confirms final postage before dispatch.
File references and card text remain in the private order instructions. A file reference is not a file upload, a design approval or proof that material stock is available.
PrepPort supplies standard dust bags and arranges approved custom boxes or mailers. Customers provide design references and specifications, not their own packaging stock. Fit, availability, production quantity and lead time are confirmed before work.
