Band components are rounded for display. Parcel totals are calculated before rounding to cents. Existing band transitions are retained, so a heavier parcel may have a lower charge at a boundary.
Clear before dispatch
What is included?
Postage and listed handling, product picking, quantity verification, standard packing and boxing, and ordinary shipping cartons or mailers with standard packing consumables. No additional pick-pack, quantity-check or standard packaging fee applies to these Yanwen shipments.
Optional dust bags, product labels, printed cards and branded packaging can be requested with your shipment. Standard packing remains included.
What needs prior approval?
Custom or branded packaging, special handling, independent product quality inspection, storage, duties, taxes and exceptional carrier charges are separate. We confirm any extra charges before work or dispatch. Quantity verification is not a product quality inspection. Standard inbound receiving needs no advance service payment; settle approved final charges before dispatch.
Who weighs the parcel?
Our warehouse staff record the actual packed weight and dimensions during packing checks. Customers do not choose or submit a billable weight. Shipping follows the published rates for the staff-measured weight; goods eligibility and exceptional charges are confirmed before the final invoice. Oversized parcels, restricted goods and weights outside 50–2000g need a separate quote.
What about delivery time?
The published contiguous-US reference is 7–15 calendar days after actual pickup, not guaranteed. Other countries and special US destinations need a route-specific estimate. Time starts at carrier pickup, not label creation or order entry. Customs, holidays and other exceptions can extend delivery.
What needs a different quote?
FBA freight, parcels outside 50–2000g, oversized parcels, restricted goods and special handling. Worldwide pricing does not mean every route or product is accepted by the carrier. We confirm the route before dispatch and obtain approval for any extra charges. Destination exclusions may be added later.
