This internal noindex page writes evidence summaries to the PrepPort AI Ops backend. Use it after an external task is completed, then run the validation chain before treating any blocker as closed. The ShipBob / NextSmartShip product target stays active: close evidence so Shopify/API, customer portal tracking, and low-friction seller workflows can move forward safely.

Evidence rules

Only record safe owner summaries. The evidence register is not a legal file, secret store, payment ledger, or customer document archive.

Allowed

  • Approved document version name
  • External account setup status
  • Non-sensitive setup URL
  • Validation command name
  • Safe reviewer or owner initials

Never paste

  • No secrets, payment links, bank details, OAuth codes, private legal advice, or raw receipts
  • No API keys, refresh tokens, webhook secrets, card data, customer tokens, customer addresses, or raw customer documents

  • Record sanitized evidence
  • Run validation commands
  • Refresh launch closure and checklist
  • Keep blockers open until checks agree
