Review the legal, payment, and authorization wording before PrepPort collects funds or publishes final terms.
These pages are internal draft materials for owner, legal, finance, and operations review. They are not legal advice and are not final customer-facing terms until reviewed, approved, versioned, and linked from the public customer flow.
Review packet
Each draft has approval questions and publish gates. Keep exact legal advice, payment account details, bank data, and platform credentials outside these pages.
Risk and privacy
- Privacy policy draft
- Prohibited and high-risk goods policy draft
- Analytics and website events stay PII-safe until privacy review is complete.
Authorization
- Trademark, artwork, label, and packaging authorization draft
- Brand-sensitive work stays on hold until customer authority is captured.
- Warehouse release still requires finance and operations gates.
Marketing and outreach
- Outbound email and WhatsApp campaigns require a consent or legitimate-contact basis.
- Messages must identify PrepPort and include support@prepportglobal.com or another working contact.
- Every marketing campaign needs an unsubscribe or opt-out path and must not use harvested private Amazon registration emails.
Closeout workflow
Use this sequence to turn drafts into launch evidence without storing secrets or legal advice in reports.
Owner/legal/finance review
- Review service scope, liability, abandoned goods, prohibited goods, privacy, payment, refunds, disputes, and brand authorization wording.
- Approve governing law, reviewer contact, version date, and which pages are allowed to be public.
- Confirm exact payment instructions are stored only in finance-approved systems, not in AI replies or public pages.

These gates remain active even after the pages are drafted.
No payment automation
No bank details, PayPal/Wise/Airwallex/Stripe links, refund promises, or exact payment instructions are auto-sent.
No release from receipt
Uploaded payment evidence does not mark paid, credit wallet, trigger purchase, release goods, ship orders, or sync tracking.
No brand work without authority
FNSKU, UPC/EAN, trademark, artwork, branded packaging, inserts, and relabeling require customer authorization and staff review.
