Sourcing, procurement support, sample coordination, and drop-shipping terms.

PrepPort helps ecommerce operators coordinate supplier-side work. Customer remains responsible for product selection, compliance, market suitability, and final commercial decisions.

Service nature

PrepPort may assist, but does not guarantee supplier or product outcomes.

PrepPort may help

  • Collect supplier quotes, compare supplier responses, coordinate samples, receive goods, prepare customer quote packages, arrange QC, track supplier-side tasks, and hand off goods to storage, FBA prep, DTC dispatch, or carrier workflows.

PrepPort does not guarantee

  • Supplier honesty, supplier capacity, product quality, product compliance, IP clearance, marketplace approval, customs clearance, sales performance, customer reviews, durability, safety, profit margin, or future availability.

Customer decision

Customer must approve product specification, target market, supplier choice, price, MOQ, sample/bulk decision, quality target, QC scope, delivery plan, and payment before PrepPort incurs supplier-side costs.

Before PrepPort commits cost

Supplier costs, deposits, and third-party commitments require finance and customer gates.

Required inputs

  • Product brief, target channel, target market, quantity, acceptable price, timeline, target quality level, compliance category, brand/IP status, destination, packaging requirement, and sample requirement.

Required approvals

  • Customer quote approval, payment or wallet verification, supplier risk acceptance, QC scope acceptance, external cost acceptance, and high-risk goods approval where applicable.

Supplier information and internal records

PrepPort protects its supplier workflow and may keep internal risk notes private.

Customer-facing information

PrepPort may share supplier quotes, product photos, specification summaries, sample findings, QC evidence, and customer-safe risk notes when appropriate.

Internal information

Supplier contact details, negotiation history, margin calculations, internal scoring, risk notes, sourcing methodology, and partner records may remain internal unless PrepPort agrees otherwise in writing.

No circumvention

Customer must not use PrepPort supplier information, quotes, introductions, or internal sourcing work to bypass unpaid PrepPort invoices, fees, or agreed sourcing arrangements.

Drop shipping and fulfillment support

Customer controls the sales channel and end-customer relationship.

Customer responsibilities

Product listing accuracy, consumer disclosures, shipping promises, taxes, duties, returns policy, customer service promises, platform rules, and destination restrictions remain customer responsibility.

PrepPort responsibilities

PrepPort performs approved pick, pack, label, dispatch, evidence, and tracking workflows based on customer-provided data and available inventory.

Exceptions

Incorrect addresses, refused delivery, failed delivery, carrier loss, customs holds, buyer fraud, chargebacks, customer service disputes, and marketplace penalties are not PrepPort responsibility unless directly caused by PrepPort's negligent work.
