Customer confirms it owns, licenses, or is otherwise authorized to use the supplied trade marks, brand names, logos, artwork, barcodes, FNSKUs, UPC/EAN codes, labels, inserts, packaging, and product claims.
PrepPort will not knowingly process brand-sensitive labeling or packaging work unless the customer confirms authority and the work scope is recorded.
By submitting brand, label, barcode, or packaging instructions, customer makes these confirmations.

Customer authorizes PrepPort to print, apply, replace, remove, inspect, photograph, store, or handle those assets only for the approved customer account, SKU, shipment, work order, sales channel, and destination scope.
Customer remains responsible for trademark, copyright, design, barcode, marketplace, customs, destination-country, product-labeling, safety, packaging, and consumer disclosure compliance.
PrepPort may require these fields before brand-sensitive work starts.
Registered symbols and marketplace labels create additional risk.
PrepPort may refuse to reproduce or apply a registered trade mark symbol unless the customer confirms registration and authority for the relevant mark, territory, product class, and use.
Customer is responsible for correct FNSKU, UPC/EAN, carton labels, shipment labels, product identifiers, marketplace account data, and channel-specific labeling rules.
PrepPort may keep photos, scans, label files, customer instructions, and authorization records as evidence for disputes, chargebacks, supplier claims, marketplace questions, or IP complaints.
PrepPort relies on customer authority when performing brand-sensitive work.
Customer indemnifies PrepPort for IP, trademark, copyright, design, barcode, marketplace, customs, consumer, product claim, packaging, and labeling claims arising from customer-supplied assets or instructions.
PrepPort may pause, refuse, hold, return, or require legal/customer proof when brand authority is unclear or a third party raises an IP or authenticity concern.
