Compare handling costs
For worldwide Yanwen parcel shipping, picking, quantity checks, standard packing and ordinary materials are already included in the published parcel price. Do not add the standalone pick-pack fee to that bundle.
The base rates and minimum
Basic FBA prep starts from USD 0.39/unit with warehouse work minimum from USD 39. First-item pick-pack starts from USD 0.69/order. The calculator reads the published service catalog; an approved quote governs actual scope and price.
Example only: 1,000 basic-prep units at an assumed current rate of USD 0.80 total USD 800. PrepPort's starting base rate totals USD 390. That is a USD 410 handling difference, or 51.3%, before any other costs. The assumed competitor rate is not a market average or a verified competitor quote.
Check these items on both quotes
- Receiving charges, minimum charges and storage duration.
- Labels, packaging materials, bundles, inserts and rework.
- Extra items picked, non-standard products and inspection scope.
- Postage, freight, fuel or remote-area surcharges, duties and taxes.
- Returns, failed-delivery handling, integration fees and other third-party costs.
- Currency, quote expiry and the exact work included.
If one quote includes freight or materials and the other does not, a handling-rate comparison is not a fair total-cost comparison. Add confirmed comparable charges or compare only the agreed handling scope.
A small first job is enough
Create a free account without a payment card. Start with one inspection, prep batch or fulfillment order. Approve the scope and price before paid work; settle approved service charges before outbound dispatch. There is no promise that every product or route costs less.
